Our Account Managers bring a strong knowledge of integrated, direct or digital marketing disciplines in order to help drive client success. They are responsible for managing one or more accounts on a daily basis and ensure that all assignments have the proper information, background and direction to be successful. You would serve as the primary day-to-day contact with the Client. We are looking for people who are passionate about integrated B2B marketing with the ability to work in a professional and inspiring manner.
Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for managing the account and ensuring that all assignments are meet and hopefully, exceed client expectations

Understand the client’s business and help drive solutions from it

Build client relations but also proactively manage expectations regarding timelines, deliverables and budgets

Proactively ensure analytics and measurement of results for all campaigns

Lead the media brief process across traditional, direct and digital planes

Review and monitor competitive and non-industry efforts to identify best practices and share them with the client and internal teams

Help lead marketing communications and creative strategy development, helping to create exciting and successful creative solutions
- Problem solve day-to-day issues considering client and agency needs
